An Apartment in Chelsea Harbour

The Brief

The client, a property developer, had recently purchased a riverside apartment in the exclusive Chelsea Harbour development to use as his weekend London base. More used to open plan living at his main home, the client wanted Simon to turn the main living area into one, open plan space with distinct zones for cooking, relaxing and entertaining.

“The original kitchen was at the back of the apartment and relatively small. Unlike some apartment owners my client enjoys cooking and entertaining therefore the size of the room was not just impractical, it also meant that interaction with friends and family whilst he was working in the kitchen was impossible.”
